Agent Productivity


The Agent Productivity learning workshop is an exclusive training workshop for Sotheby's International Realty Real Estate Professionals.

Participants in this workshop will focus on the critical activities proven to build skills and deliver sustainable results by using a combination of activities, teamwork, and prospecting. Highly engaged participants have been shown to achieve ten new buyer/seller appointments during the learning workshop.

Objective: The objective of this course is to provide Sotheby's International Realty Professionals the knowledge and step-by-step instructions to implement various systems, tools, and resources that will increase efficiencies in their business and generate more leads, initiate more conversation, and close more real estate transactions.

Scheduling: In this program, agents and the facilitator meet three times a week for four consecutive weeks. Additionally, participants will complete self-paced business-building activities to create the essential tools and resources to build a successful real estate business.

Target audience: Any Sotheby's International Realty professional who would like to take more listings, close more transactions, and earn more commission income.

  • Explore and implement multiple lead generation sources so that you continue to grow your database, increase your closed production, and earn more commission income.
  • Develop a Listing process that will separate you from your competition and increase your value so that you can list and sell more properties without having to reduce your commission.
  • Create a Buyer process that will maximize your business efficiencies so you can close more transactions without having to spend more time away from your family.
